A Note From Trainer, Author and Speaker Holly Michelle Eckert:

In 1999, I discovered Nonviolent Communication while on a quest to enhance my parenting toolbox. Not only did I find tools that improved relationship with my son, but principles and skills that strengthened understanding and co-operation in all my relationships. NVC became my guiding light of clarity, wisdom and hope, and I soon found myself in front of the class instead of in the participant's seat.

After teaching NVC "by the book" for five years, I got honest with myself about where it was working and where it wasn't. This led to an "ah-ha" moment in my own life and the codification of two "Bonus Steps" which transform resistance in virtually every situation. While the Radiant Relationships Seminar Series rests fully within the consciousness of NVC, I now incorporate tools from additional modalities, including The Work of Byron Katie, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), The Secret, Voice Dialogue and Core Transformation.

I have blended traditional NVC teaching with advanced learning techniques so you can integrate these vital skills into your life with greater speed and depth. What took me 18 months to learn in my path, you will experience and put into practice during the first session of the Basics class.
